CHG-MERIDIAN places syndicated loan from Sparkassen with a volume of €125 million

• 10th syndicated loan with Sparkassen arranged with Helaba since 2017 successfully completed

• Financing of €125 million creates additional scope for further growth

• 23 Sparkassen from eleven German federal states participated in the transaction 

CHG-MERIDIAN AG has concluded a syndicated loan from Sparkassen with a volume of €125 million together with Helaba (Landesbank Hessen-Thüringen). The financing strengthens the long-term capital base of the international technology manager and tech financing specialist and creates additional scope for further business development.

 

 

The transaction is the tenth syndicated loan from Sparkassen that CHG-MERIDIAN has successfully arranged with Helaba since 2017. A total of 23 Sparkassen from eleven German federal states participated in the current financing. Helaba once again acted as arranger.

The funds will be used to refinance operating new business in the IT, industrial, and healthcare sectors and will support CHG-MERIDIAN’s profitable growth trajectory.
