International Trainee Program 

Would you like to lay the foundations for your successful professional future in finance or sales in an innovative and international company? You are familiar with the theory from your degree – are you now ready to gain the practical experience that will prepare you for working life? Are you motivated, committed, have good communication skills and are eager to prove your strengths in the finance or sales department of a successful company? Then join our team!

Our 15 month international trainee program (starting October 1st) focuses on learning all facets of finance or sales with a focus on the business models of the company and building up your own network. Experienced colleagues and qualified trainers accompany, support and encourage you throughout the entire program to ensure a successful transfer of ideas, expertise and experience.
After completing the international trainee program, you will begin your career in finance or sales at CHG-MERIDIAN. There you will have the opportunity to put your acquired knowledge and skills into practice and develop yourself further.

Tim:
"The atmosphere at CHG-MERIDIAN is dynamic, open, and characterized by a strong sense of motivation.
Particularly in the trainee program, you feel the close collaboration with fellow trainees and the exchange with the respective mentors and other experienced colleagues who support and encourage you. At the same time, great importance is placed on personal responsibility – you get the opportunity to take on your own projects and develop further at an early stage. The corporate culture is open and very cooperative. Regular team and region-wide events and networking opportunities also create a strong community that strengthens cohesion across all departments.”

What has been your biggest highlight in the trainee program so far?

Tim:
“The absolute highlight of the trainee program was the sales kick-off in Dubai!
There, I had the opportunity to meet colleagues from all over the world and make valuable contacts. It was a great opportunity to experience international cooperation and to exchange ideas with the various teams. This event gave me many valuable impressions, not only professionally but also personally.”

What advice would you give to our future trainees?

Julia:
“Use the time to learn and make mistakes!
Be open to new experiences and consciously seek out challenges. It is important to develop independently, but also to seek the support of colleagues and mentors in order to find your own way. The trainee program offers a great opportunity to learn on the job from long-standing experts and to build up a network. Seize every opportunity that comes your way."
