Continuing professional development & education
We support individual career paths by providing training, workshops, and digital learning formats in order to foster a culture of lifelong learning. Everyone has the opportunity to gain new skills and continue to develop professionally.
Diversity & inclusion
Diversity, equality, and inclusion are firmly established in our corporate culture. All employees – irrespective of background, gender, age, or role – have the same opportunities to reach their full potential.
Mental health
Occupational health & safety and mental wellbeing are particularly important to us. Through targeted mental health initiatives, we create a supportive environment, encourage open discussion of psychological wellbeing, and offer assistance in challenging situations.
Our corporate values guide our actions
Our six core values guide all of our interactions. They provide guidance and certainty, and they shape our corporate culture:
- Ownership – taking responsibility
- Integrity – acting with integrity
- Passion – being fully committed
- Respect – treating others with respect
- Customer focus – putting the customer first
- Trust – building trust
Every employee is encouraged to embrace these values and thus contribute to a positive working environment.
Corporate responsibility in action
Taking responsibility is not just something we do on paper; it is at the heart of the corporate culture that guides our work. We want to be a good corporate citizen and give something back to society, and we aim to support those in need of help.
Education, arts & culture, social causes, and technology are priorities for us. In 2025, CHG-MERIDIAN donated a total of more than €40,000 to community-based initiatives.
CARE activities
Our CARE activities are particularly close to our heart, as they enable our employees to give something back to their local community. They get involved through their own projects, which they organize themselves and which receive additional financial support from the company.
Since 2015, 65 CARE projects have been implemented – five of them last year.
