Internal Sales Representative At Chg-meridian – More Than Just A Sales Assista

"Isn’t an internal sales representative just an assistant and clerk for the Sales department? Not at CHG-MERIDIAN! As the first port of call for internal and external matters, we work together to build up customer relationships. We apply our expertise during the business development phase to help find made-to-measure solutions. We support our customers as a team throughout the lifetime of their assets. The wide variety of customer scenarios we encounter is a particularly interesting aspect of the role: from local players to major international corporations served by more than one of our international offices. Working with other departments around the world to come up with and implement solutions is very exciting. It allows you to quickly establish a network within the company, and you are in contact with almost every department. To help new hires to familiarize themselves with our highly complex area of work, each one is assigned an experienced mentor and given an induction plan to prepare them for the challenges ahead. The expertise provided at the local office is supported by training at our headquarters. Having the opportunity to develop further within the department is particularly important for me. It allows me to become an expert in a range of specialist areas and answer related queries from my co-workers.”
