As of January 1, CHG-MERIDIAN has implemented an enhanced Board of Management structure, further strengthening the company’s positioning for future requirements and sustainable growth.

Mathias Wagner remains CEO and additionally assumes responsibility for the global sales organization.

Daniel Welzer, formerly CSO, has been appointed COO/CIO and will oversee Global Operations, IT, End-of-Lease activities, and the Group’s AI initiatives.

Ulrich Bergmann continues in his role as CFO, responsible for Finance, Accounting, Treasury, and Risk Management.

To further strengthen the company’s leadership, three Chief Representatives have been appointed: Christian Brakensiek Crichton and Wayne Fowkes for Sales, and Melissa Jäger for People & Culture.
