A SUSTAINABLE SOLUTION WAS NEEDED TO SUPPORT GROWTH BUT THE UNCERTAINTY WAS REAL
HPK Palvelut Oy has grown steadily and continues to invest in modern operating models. As the role of technology in supporting the business becomes increasingly central, the organization saw an opportunity to further develop its IT equipment management in a more sustainable and controlled direction.
Through the HANSEL framework agreement, HPK Palvelut Oy began collaborating with CHG-MERIDIAN to support the evolution of its lifecycle approach. The goal was to enable more efficient device monitoring, financial predictability and more responsible operations. As with many organizations refining their operating models, questions naturally arose: how would the updated lifecycle approach fit their environment, and what tangible financial and operational benefits could be achieved?

CHG-MERIDIAN's lifecycle management supports more sustainable development in line with the principles of the circular economy. All devices used by HPK Palvelut Oy are given a new life at the end of their life: they are professionally refurbished and resold in the secondary market through our own remarketing center.
